Go Sailing Chicago’s Rainy Day Insurance (charters only)

Are you temperature sensitive?  Not a fan of a little drizzle?  Well you’re in luck. We offer an insurance policy to help protect your sailing experience investment with our Rainy Day Insurance.  At 10% of the agreed charter fee you can protect yourself against any rescheduling or cancellation fees. 

How does it work?  Good question.  Purchase the insurance 14 days in advance of your Chicago sailing charter and you are protected from any fees involved in rescheduling or canceling.  You may cancel up to 8 hours prior to your private sailing boat trip for any weather related reasons!  That’s right, if the weather isn’t exactly as you want it, just reschedule at least 8 hours in advance and you are good to go with no hassles. 

From out of town and cannot reschedule?  Even cancellations are free of any charges with the purchase of our Rainy Day Insurance as

long as cancelled 8 hours in advance. 

PLEASE NOTE:  Rainy Day Insurance is not available for special events or sailing lessons including but not limited to 4th of July, the Chicago Air and Water Show, and holiday weekends or any sailing lesson.  Rainy Day insurance is only applicable to weather related activity.
